  • 4 slices rye bread
  • Butter
  • 8 filets smoked herring
  • 4 egg yolks (raw)
  • 1 red onion , thinly sliced
  • 8 radishes , thinly sliced
  • Chive , chopped
  • Black pepper
  1. Butter the bread slices. Place 2 filets of smoked herring on each of them.
  2. Add thin slices of red onion, sliced ​​radishes, and sprinkle with chopped chives.
