Chef Niza was born and raised in Sri Lanka and now resides in Tarzana, California with her husband Lali and two daughters. Cooking has been her passion since she was a teenager and, she has now fulfilled her dream of keeping her passion alive. She is the co-owner and the very talented chef at the Sri Lankan Restaurant, Apey Kade situated in Tarzana, California.
