Many years ago I lived in Istanbul and fell in love with the city, its people and culture, including food. I have continued to cook many of the dishes I enjoyed. I have been craving a good recipe for Sucuk, one of their sausages. Can you either provide one on your site or give me a link to a good one? I searched your site and didn't find anything. Thank you for your great website, which I have found really useful in my current 'project'.. My family are doing a tour of the world cuisines - we call it 'Around the World in 80 dishes'. Each week we choose a country at random, and then have to cook a recipe from that country. We also research any facts about the country. We have only been doing it a few weeks (Countries so far: Guatemala, St Vincent & the Grenadines, France, Comoros, Gabon, Costa Rica, Liberia.). In my searches on the web for recipes, I am always drawn to your site. So far, you have helped me cook Chicken Nyembwe (Gabon), Gallo Pinto (Costa Rica) and Jollof Rice (LIberia).
